Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms explain how you may use the Get Seen website and how inquiries about podcast booking services are handled. Specific paid services are confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.
1. Operator and contact
Get Seen is operated by Monika Potaczek, based in Poland. For questions, service inquiries, or complaints, email monika@getseenpr.com.
2. Website use and inquiries
You may use this website to learn about the service and submit a genuine inquiry for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. Please provide accurate information and do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unsolicited content.
Submitting the form is a request for contact. It does not purchase a service, create a payment obligation, or guarantee acceptance as a client. Any engagement requires a separate written confirmation of the scope and commercial terms.
3. Podcast booking service
The advertised package is five podcast appearances for US$1,500, with research, outreach, and scheduling handled by Monika. Before you commit, the written agreement will confirm the included work, the total amount payable and any applicable tax treatment, payment schedule, podcast selection criteria, timing, and any client approval process.
The booking service arranges interviews with third-party hosts. Unless our written agreement states otherwise, a booked interview means that a host has agreed to interview you and a recording date or mutually agreed scheduling arrangement has been confirmed. Publication timing, episode editing, audience size, download numbers, and continued availability are controlled by the host.
I do not promise sales, revenue, a particular level of exposure, or placement on a specific show unless that promise is expressly included in the written agreement. The agreed package scope governs what I must deliver.
4. Your participation
If we work together, you will need to supply accurate professional information, respond to reasonable requests, agree to suitable recording dates, and attend interviews prepared to discuss your expertise. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of statements and materials you provide.
If dates become unavailable, notify me promptly. Delays in receiving information, approvals, or availability may affect the schedule. Hosts may have their own recording, editing, release, or cancellation terms, which you should review before participating.
5. Timing, cancellations, and refunds
No completion deadline is established merely by the website or an inquiry. Timing, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund arrangements must be confirmed in the written service agreement before payment. These website terms do not impose a non-refundable fee or a cancellation charge.
If a host cancels or changes an interview, I will discuss a replacement or rescheduling with you in accordance with our agreement. Any remedy for undelivered work will follow that agreement and applicable law. Contact me promptly if you are dissatisfied so that we can work toward a resolution.
6. Consumer rights
The service is primarily intended for professional and business use. If you purchase as a consumer or otherwise qualify for mandatory consumer protections, those protections remain applicable and are not waived by these terms.
Where EU or Polish distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you generally have 14 days after concluding a service contract to withdraw by sending a clear statement to monika@getseenpr.com. If you expressly request work to start during that period, any payment for work already performed will follow applicable law. A loss of withdrawal rights after full performance applies only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. Further required pre-contract information will be provided before any consumer purchase.
7. Content and third parties
Website text, branding, and design may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and use them for evaluating the service, but may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission, except where the law allows it. Client photographs and testimonials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results. References to media outlets do not imply an endorsement of Get Seen by those outlets. Third-party websites and podcast platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Privacy and tracking
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The public website uses Netlify hosting and forms. Google Ads measurement, when enabled, uses the standard Google tag and may use advertising cookies to attribute successful inquiries to ads. No cookie-banner interaction is needed to submit an inquiry.
9. Website availability and responsibility
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available. Access may occasionally be interrupted, and errors may be corrected. Information on this website does not replace the specific written agreement for paid services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your mandatory consumer rights, or removes responsibility for obligations expressly agreed in writing. Liability for paid services will be addressed in the service agreement, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law, changes, and complaints
These website terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them. Any dispute will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum on consumers.
These website terms may be updated, with the update date shown above. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing written service agreement. If you have a question or complaint, email monika@getseenpr.com with the relevant details. I will acknowledge and respond as required by applicable law.
