Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains how Get Seen handles personal information when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, or discuss podcast booking services with me.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Get Seen is operated by Monika Potaczek, based in Poland. Monika Potaczek is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact me about privacy or your information at monika@getseenpr.com.

2. Information collected

When you submit the inquiry form, I receive your name, email address, optional location, website or social media profile, and the description of your expertise or business. The form also includes a randomly generated submission identifier to help prevent duplicate conversion counts.

If you contact me by email or become a client, I may also receive correspondence, scheduling information, business details, and information needed to agree and deliver the service. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

The website's hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, timestamps, and security or spam indicators. When Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google also receives limited technical information and conversion signals as described below.

3. Why information is used

I use inquiry and correspondence information to respond to you, assess whether the service is a suitable fit, prepare an offer, and take steps you request before entering a contract. If you become a client, I use relevant information to perform our agreement. These activities rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where applicable.

I may also use information to handle ordinary business correspondence, maintain security, prevent spam or fraud, keep necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims. These activities rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights. Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c).

Advertising measurement is used to understand whether ads lead to inquiries. Where consent is required by applicable law, consent is the legal basis for advertising cookies and related processing. Where processing is lawfully permitted without consent, I rely on legitimate interests in measuring advertising effectiveness, subject to your rights. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional emails.

4. Netlify hosting and forms

The public website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify Forms receives and stores submitted inquiry information on my behalf and provides technical infrastructure, security, and spam protection. Authorized service providers may process information as needed to provide those services. I use your submission to respond to your inquiry, rather than publishing it.

Email providers may process correspondence when I respond to you. If we agree on podcast outreach, relevant professional information may be shared with prospective hosts as needed to perform our agreement. I do not send your inquiry details to hosts merely because you submit this form.

5. Google Ads measurement

When enabled, this website uses the standard Google Ads tag to measure successful inquiries from advertising, with a configuration intended for a United States audience. Google's tag may set or read advertising cookies and process ad-click identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device information, page information, and conversion-event details to attribute inquiries to ads. The website does not present a cookie-settings panel or require an additional click before sending a conversion event.

Only a successful inquiry submission triggers the lead conversion event. This event includes a randomly generated submission identifier to reduce duplicate counts. The website does not include your name, email address, website, or message in the conversion event. It does not implement enhanced conversions or create remarketing audiences. Duplicate events are prevented within the page session.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser, block third-party requests, and use Google's advertising privacy controls. These choices may affect conversion attribution. You can contact me to exercise applicable privacy rights or object to processing. Conversion reporting also depends on Google, browser settings, and other technical factors.

6. International processing

Netlify, Google, and email providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where required, international transfers must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Provider privacy notices describe their international processing arrangements. Contact me if you would like information about safeguards relevant to your information.

7. How long information is kept

Inquiry information is retained for handling your request and reasonable follow-up, normally for no longer than 12 months after our last substantive contact if you do not become a client. I may retain information longer if you ask me to keep a discussion open or where necessary for a legal obligation or claim.

For clients, information is kept while needed to deliver the service and afterward for applicable accounting, tax, contractual, or legal requirements. Technical logs and provider-managed measurement information follow the providers' retention arrangements. You can ask me to delete inquiry information earlier, subject to legal obligations and other lawful grounds for retention.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. These rights may be subject to legal conditions or exceptions.

To make a request, email monika@getseenpr.com. I may need reasonable information to verify your identity. I will normally respond within one month, or explain any lawful extension.

You may complain to a data protection authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You may also contact the competent authority in your country where applicable.

9. Your choices and security

Providing information is voluntary. The required fields are needed to respond meaningfully to your inquiry; you can also contact me by email. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use this website's form for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This service is intended for adults seeking professional visibility, and is not directed at children.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest update. For any questions, contact Monika Potaczek, Poland, at monika@getseenpr.com.
